  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive an SMS/Email confirmation once the order is packed and dispatched.


2. Delivery Time

Delivery timelines vary based on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 working days

  • Major Cities: 4–7 working days

  • Small towns & rural areas: 5–9 working days

Please note: Delivery delays may occur due to unavoidable circumstances like weather, festivals, logistics delays, or courier restrictions.


3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Shipping on orders above a certain amount (optional—tell me if you want to include it).

  • Standard shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout before payment.


4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available in selected pin codes.

  • COD orders may take extra processing time due to verification calls/messages.

  • Additional COD charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking link

  • Courier partner name

  • Tracking ID

You can track your order anytime until it is delivered.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If the shipping address is incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable:

  • Delivery may be delayed

  • Return-to-origin (RTO) charges may apply

  • Customer may need to provide updated address details

8. Undelivered or Lost Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or undelivered:

  • We will coordinate with the courier and resolve the issue

  • Replacement or refund will be processed if confirmed lost
