1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

  • To cancel your order, contact us on our customer support number or email.

  • If the order is already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery.


2. Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, damaged, or worn shoes

  • Products with missing tags or packaging

  • Clearance/discount sale items (if specified)

Return Process

  • Raise a return request via customer support.

  • Our team will arrange a pickup from your address (availability may vary by location).

  • Once the product is received and inspected, refund/exchange will be processed.


3. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues

  • Color issues (if available)

  • Manufacturing defects

Exchange Conditions

  • Product must be unused and in original condition.

  • Exchange request must be placed within 7 days of delivery.

  • Exchange is subject to stock availability.


4. Refund Policy

  • Refund is processed within 5–7 working days after the product passes quality check.

  • Refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

  • For Cash-on-Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer/UPI.


5. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

  • Raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear photos/videos for verification.

  • We will provide a free replacement or full refund.


6. Important Notes

  • Shipping charges (if applied) are non-refundable.

  • Returns or exchanges may vary for remote locations.

  • Multiple returns from the same customer may be limited in the future.
